【摘要】 近年来,为适应新时期人才市场以及教育权威对高校人才的新要求,团队培育模式在国内外高校兴起。文章基于学生视角,使用扎根理论的研究方法,探究高校学生团队的形成及运行机制。研究结果表明高校团队培育模式在实际开展过程中存在一些弊端,对学生需要具备的新技能的培养作用有限。本课题组根据此次研究的发现,试图对问题存在的原因进行解释,并为高校教学模式提出相关改革意见及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, to meet the new requirements of the talent market and education authorities, the model of team cultivation in colleges and universities has risen at home and abroad. This thesis from the perspective of students explores the formation and operation mechanism of college students’ team by using the research method of grounded theory. The results show that there are some drawbacks in the process of team training, besides, new skills training is limited. Based on the findings of this study, the research team tries to explain the reason for the problem and gives relevant reform suggestions for teaching model.更多还原
