【Abstract】 The collegiate employment is a major issue that involves overall situation. For widening the channels for employment, the government has implemented a series of new policies that promote the employment of college graduates to the grassroots. In order to improve and implement the college students grassroots employment policy effectively, this paper selects stakeholder’ image as the study object to explore their interest demands in the collegiate grassroots employment policy and analyze existing problems during policy implementation. On the base, some optimize measures of college students grassroots employment policy are put forward.更多还原
