基于模糊关系矩阵的跨境电商战略联盟伙伴选择研究
Research on the Selection of Cross-border E-Commerce Strategic Alliance Partners Based on Fuzzy Relationship Matrix
【摘要】 为构建跨境电子商务战略联盟伙伴选择多属性决策模型,采用模糊分析和关系矩阵相结合进行赋权决策,在模糊评价数据采集上,尝试采用新的约定方式获取判断矩阵和隶属矩阵。模型通过了某对俄跨境电子商务战略联盟的算例检验,以黑龙江省牡丹江市的5家企业进行实证,计算过程较为顺利,综合评价数据较好,与主要联盟成员初期的主观判断基本相符,实证取得预期目的,模型可以作为选择联盟成员的理论参考。跨境电子商务战略联盟的后续构建与实施,既要有良好的宏观环境,又要有高效的组织运营方式,根据调研实践,提出了相应建议。
【Abstract】 In order to build a multi-attribute decision model for the selection of cross-border e-commerce strategic alliance partners, the paper uses the combined method of AHP and fuzzy analysis and creates a new method to obtain the expert questionnaire data for judgment matrix and membership matrix. It makes an empirical study by choosing five enterprises of Mudanjiang city in Heilongjiang province. The overall evaluation data achieved are similar to the judgment of the main members of alliance. The model can be used as a theoretical reference for the selection of alliance members. According to the study, it also gives some macro and micro suggestions for the practice of cross-border e-commerce strategic alliance.
