脆性AgCuSn带状钎料制备与性能研究

【摘要】 采用破碎制粉的方法,在合金粉末中添加胶粘剂制备出Ag-22.4Cu-20Sn带状钎料。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)及拉伸试验机等手段对其进行表征分析。结果表明,采用胶粘的方法可将该脆性合金制备成带材,解决其成形问题;带状钎料在铜母材上形成良好的冶金结合和嵌入结构,提高了钎焊性能;随着钎焊温度的升高和保温时间的延长,润湿角逐步减小,润湿性变得更好;在580℃保温5 min进行钎焊,接头剪切强度达到最大。

【Abstract】 Ag-22.4Cu-20 Sn solder ribbons were prepared successfully by mixing a moderate adhesive with the broken Ag-22.4Cu-20 Sn ingot castings and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and tensile testing. The results indicated that a brittle alloy could be made into ribbons by adding a moderate adhesive. The brazing property on the copper base was improved, as a result of forming good metallurgical binding and embedded structure. With the increase of brazing temperature and the extension of holding time, the wetting angles become smaller and wetting ability becomes greater. The joint shear strength reached the maximum when the blazing was carried out at 580℃ for 5 min.
