有限资源约束下的刀具调度方法研究
Research on Tool Scheduling under the Limited Resource Constraints
【摘要】 数字化车间的刀具库存量有限,在生产中经常会发生多道工序同时采用同一种刀具的情况。为了解决刀具使用冲突的问题,提出了有限资源约束下的刀具调度模型,建立包括最大完工时间和拖期惩罚费用最小化的目标函数,设计了基于刀具时间冲突的调度算法对其进行求解,得到了最优的生产作业排程以及满足该排程的刀具需求计划,并通过具体生产排程实例验证了算法的有效性。
【Abstract】 In a digital workshop with a limited tool inventory,according to the production scheduling,the tools are required by different procedures at the same time. In order to solve the conflict problem of tool usage under limited resources,a tool schedule model is proposed,including minimal the maximum make span and tardiness penalties cost,and a scheduling algorithm based on the time conflict of tools is designed to solve the model. Then the optimal production scheduling and the related tool requirement planning are obtained. Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved through production scheduling example.
