微铣削热源模型的仿真与比较

【摘要】 为了研究硬脆材料微铣削的温度场,基于微铣削石英玻璃,建立了微铣削热源分布模型。该模型将热源形状假设为半圆形,并在该热源形状下对矩形热源、三角形热源进行了有限元分析,通过微铣削石英玻璃试验将测量的温度数据与有限元结果做了对比分析。结果表明:矩形热源模型比三角形热源模型更加接近实际的微铣削区热源分布情况,加工参数中的主轴转速对微铣削温度影响程度最大,主轴倾角次之,切削深度和进给速度则相差不大。

【Abstract】 A heat source distribution model in micro-milling is established to reveal the temperature field of hard brittle materials following micro-milling quartz glass. Finite element method is used to simulate rectangular or triangular heat source on the heat source profile assumed to be semicircular. A comparsion of simulations and measurements of temperature field in micro-milling quartz glass indicates that the rectangular heat source model are closer to the realistic heat source distribution model in micro-milling than triangular heat source. And it is found that the influence of the speed of spindle on temperature of micro-milling is the biggest,the angle of the main shaft is the second,the depth of the cutting are similar with the feed rate.
