脆性材料微铣削理论及微铣削力模型研究
Micro-Milling Theory and Force Model of Brittle Material
【摘要】 从脆性材料塑性域铣削机理和特点出发,建立了微径球头铣刀几何模型,改进了瞬时切厚模型,利用合理的切削力微元模型建立了脆性材料铣削瞬时的铣削力解析模型;以石英玻璃为工件材料,基于改进的实验平台进行球头铣刀微铣削试验,并获取了铣削力实验数据,回归出了所建模型中的切削力系数。利用试验对模型进行验证分析,结果表明所建模型具有良好的适用性。
【Abstract】 Based on the characteristics and mechanism of hard brittle materials in plastic processing,the geometric model of ball head milling cutter is established and the instantaneous cutting thickness model is improved. The instantaneous milling force analytical model of ball head micro milling cutter is developed using the more reasonable cutting force model of cutting micro-unit. The silica glass is the research object and the ball head milling cutter micro milling orthagonal experiment is carried out based on the improved experiment platform. The milling force experimental data is obtained and the cutting force coefficient of the milling force model is calculated by processing the data. The model is verified by using the new experiment,and the results show that the model has good applicability.
