基于顶推法的钢箱梁高位落梁技术研究

【摘要】 在利用即有桥墩作为顶推设备的支承平台进行顶推施工中,梁体在顶推到位后存在高位落梁的情况。由于钢箱梁具有跨径长、质量大,对落梁技术要求高的特点,需要对落梁过程中梁体进行受力分析以避免梁体的损坏。以后丁香三号钢箱梁桥为例,提出了一种交替式落梁工法——使用不同的设备分阶段交替式落梁。最后应用ABAQUS有限元软件对落梁过程进行力学性能分析的结果表明:该落梁方法安全可靠,满足落梁时结构的强度和局部稳定性等受力要求。

【Abstract】 Using existing pier as a supporting platform for pushing device to push the construction,there is a technical problem of high falling beam when the beam is pushed to the designated location by incremental launching.The steel box girders are of the characteristics of long-span,heavy-weight,and high requirements on the beam falling technology.In order to avoid the damage of beam,the analysis for the stress of the beam body in the process of falling beam was conducted.The paper put the Houdingxiang No.3 steel box girder bridge as an example,the alternately falling beam method was proposed,—that was different devices would be used in phases of alternately beam falling.The application process was simulated by ABAQUS to analysis the mechanical performance during of falling beam.The results showed that the beam falling method was safe and reliable,which could satisfy the requirements of mechanical reguirement including structure strength and local stability when fell the beams.
