京郊农田生态系统非使用价值的估算

【摘要】 利用条件价值法(CVM)对京郊农田生态系统的非使用价值进行了初步研究。以北京市居民作为调查对象,采用随机抽样的方法,共发放问卷1500份,回收有效问卷1323份,对有效问卷进行统计分析。结果表明:北京市居民的支付意愿率为66.2%,非农业户口与农业户口的北京居民的支付意愿分别为62.3%和66.7%,人均支付意愿值(中位值)为100元/a。2014年京郊农田生态系统的非使用价值约为142 421.45万元,相当于2014年北京市地区生产总值0.067%,其中,存在价值为38 487.89万元,遗产价值为49 693.23万元,选择价值为54 240.32万元。经Spearman相关分析表明:学历、月收入以及户口性质是影响居民支付金额的主要因素。

【Abstract】 The non-use value of the Beijing suburb farmland ecosystem was evaluated using the contingent valuation method( CVM),a popular method for evaluating the economic value of ecosystems. A questionnaire of payment card CVM was developed and sent to 1500 Beijing residents; 1323 usable responses were received. Data analysis revealed that the willingness of Beijing residents to pay for the non-market value of Beijing suburbs farmland ecosystem reached 66. 2%. And the mean willingness to pay( WTP) value Beijing suburbs farmland ecosystem was 100 yuan·a-1. It was found that the non-use value of ecosystem Beijing suburbs farmland was about 1,424,214,500 Yuan,in which the existence value was 384,878,900 Yuan,its heritage value was 496,932,300 Yuan,the selection value was 542,403,200 Yuan in 2014. Beijing suburbs farmland non-use value of ecosystem was approximately equal to 0. 067% of gross regional product in 2014. The Spearman correlation analysis showed that the main factors affecting the amount residents pay were education,monthly income and the nature of the account.
