【Abstract】 With renovation planning of Zhongshan Avenue, Wuhan as an example, the paper indicates contradictions in historical block renovation planning, and concludes innovation of the plan: establishing a coordination mechanism, integration of plans with 3D digital platform, expert team guidance on the overall planning process, and public participation on Wechat platform.
