【摘要】 农村土地流转是农户将经营权转让给其他农户或其他经济组织的行为,而农户对土地的流转意愿直接影响流转行为。通过对新疆和田地区7县1市43个乡镇的实地调研和524份农户调查问卷,建立了二元Logistic回归模型,分析传统绿洲农业区农户土地流转意愿的主要影响因素。研究表明:农户对土地流转和土地政策的了解程度、家庭人口、户主汉语水平、是否有外出务工经历以及是否愿意在城里购房等是影响农户土地流转意愿非常显著的因素;影响和田地区农户土地流转意愿的因素与我国中东部地区存在着较为显著的地域差异。根据主要影响因素,从劳动力转移、土地政策实施力度、农民文化素质及农村社会保障制度等方面提出促进农村土地流转的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The circulation of rural lands is a result of the rural economic development. The willingness of the farmers who are the actual users of the farmlands affects directly the efficiency of farmland circulation. In this paper,a field research on farmland circulation was carried out in Hotan Prefecture,Xinjiang in the forms of on-site investigation,interview and seminar,and 524 valid questionnaires were collected from the surveyed farmers. A binary logistic regression model was developed so as to analyze the factors affecting the willingness of farmers in farmland circulation in traditional oasis agricultural area. The results revealed that,firstly the most substantial factors affecting the willingness of the farmers in farmland circulation included the knowledge of farmland circulation and land policy which had been acquired by farmers,household population,Chinese level of household head,and working experience of the farmers who were as the migrate-workers in urban areas; secondly,there were the obvious regional differences of the factors affecting the willingness of farmers in land circulation in Hotan Prefecture. In conclusion,it was suggested to the policy makers to comprehensively consider the situation of farmland circulation from the aspects of labor migration,implementation degree of land policy,educational level of rural population,social security system in rural areas,etc.更多还原
