离子色谱法分析土壤水溶性盐中的阳离子
Analysis of cation in soil water soluble salt by Ion Chromatography
【摘要】 阐述了离子色谱法分析土壤水溶性盐中的阳离子的方法和步骤。通过震荡浸出,离心分离,C18柱小柱净化,一次进样,同时分析土壤水溶性盐中阳离子(Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+)的含量,测试结果表明本方法的检出限低,灵敏度高,准确度和精密度高,加标回收率高,是一种可行的分析方法。
【Abstract】 The method was developed for analysis of cations in soil water soluble salts by ion chromatography. Through the shock leaching,centrifugal separation,purificated by C18 column,the content of water soluble cationic salts( Na+,K+,Mg2 +and Ca2 +) in soil can analysis at the same time. The results show that the method has low detection limit,high sensitivity,high accuracy and precision,high recovery rate and suitable for water soluble cationic salts in soil.
