【Abstract】 On the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC,Xi Jinping introduced the principles of innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared development.These principles are the new contribution to the theory of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics and the practice of the new development.The green development is the enrichment of the Marxist ecological civilization thought,which embodies the core of people-centered development.The essence is the dialectical materialism,the fundamental method is to coordinate,and the basic characteristics are sustainable development.Green development is the only way to achieve harmonious development of human and nature,green development is the inevitable to build a beautiful China,which runs through the whole process of great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
