【Abstract】 Marx believed that time is actually a positive existence of man, it is not only the scale of human life, but also the space of human development. Therefore, Marx’s free time theory can be used to discuss human development issues. We should increase the free time by saving labor time so as to realize the all-round development of human beings. We can use the time survey data, according to the length of free time to assess and analyze the development and the level of our workers in China. The research shows that after the 18 th CPC National Congress, with the deepening of our country’s comprehensive construction of a well-off society, the level of development of our laborers, especially the introduction of free time, has begun to improve qualitatively.更多还原
