【摘要】 近年来,手足口病已成为我国影响学龄前儿童的健康丙类传染病,一直是国内外学者的研究热点。文章主要就手足口病的流行病学、分子流行病学特征及传播模式这几方面进行综述,着重介绍了国内外相关手足口病的预警预测的研究概况,为手足口病的防控提供理论实践指导。目前,肠道病毒71型灭活疫苗已成功上市,将成为有效防治手足口病的强力手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,hand-foot-mouth disease( HFMD) in China has become great threat to the health of preschool children C-class communicable diseases and has been a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad. In this review,we mainly focused on the basic epidemiology,molecular epidemiology characteristics and transmission patterns of HFMD,as well as the early warning and forecast technologies that can help strengthen the prevention and control of HFMD. Currently,enterovirus 71 inactivated vaccine has successfully gone on the market and been expected to be a powerful strategy to prevent HFMD.更多还原
