【摘要】 目的了解中国居民主要健康需求。方法依据居民慢病患病率和两周患病率和甲乙型传染病发病率等指标,采用回顾性分析方法,判断中国居民健康状况,推导居民健康的主要需求。结果目前中国居民健康需求主要有生物心理社会医学模式下的治疗需求,预防、治疗和康复相结合的多环节健康监控需求,对抗新型传染病和慢性非传染病"双重防治"的健康需求以及针对老年人口的卫生服务需求。结论中国围绕着居民健康需求展开的医疗卫生体制改革,有助于健康中国的建设,融入国家整体发展战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the main resident’s demands of health in China. Methods According to the prevalence rate of chronic diseases,the prevalence rates of two-week and the incidence rates of infectious diseases type A and B,a retrospective analysis method was adopted to judge the health status among the residents in China and infer the specific demands of the residents in China. Results At present,the main health demands of the residents in China included the demand for treatment under the bio-psycho-social medical mode,the health monitoring requirements of prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of multi link combination,and the requirements for preventing new infectious diseases and chronic non infectious diseases as the "two focus diseases "and the demands for health services among the elderly population. Conclusion The medical and health system reform for meeting the current residents’ health needs in our country can contribute to Health China construction and integrate into the national development strategy.更多还原
