【摘要】 目的开展基于社区的带状疱疹个案的回顾性调查,了解带状疱疹的流行特征和疾病负担情况,为水痘疫苗免疫策略的制定提供依据。方法在调查单位选择截至2012年12月31日满50岁及以上患过带状疱疹者开展回顾性调查。结果带状疱疹出疹年龄主要以61~70岁为主,占40.38%;男性多于女性;疱疹出现部位以腰腹部和胸背部为主;疼痛持续天数多为8~14天;大部分病例无后遗症;住院级别以乡村级为主;病程多在8~14天,其中病程最短的为7天,最长的为40天;52例个案的转归均为痊愈;疾病负担平均为274.4元。结论患带状疱疹后不但对病人的身心造成伤害,同时也给患者家庭带来一定程度的经济负担。预防带状疱疹,特别是利用预防接种手段进行预防,以减少病痛和降低经济负担尤为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of herpes zoster and the burden of disease through the retrospective survey of community-based herpes zoster cases,to provide evidence for the development of herpes zoster vaccine immunization strategy. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in the survey unit to select patients with herpes zoster who had been more than 50 years old by December 31,2012. Result Herpes zoster rash were mainly in the patients who aged 61 ~ 70 years old,accounting for 40. 38%; men were more than women; The main points of herpes zoster were the waist,abdomen and chest; The duration of pain were more than 8 ~ 14 days; Most cases had without sequelae; The hospital level were mainly rural; The course of disease were more than 8 ~ 14 days,the shortest course was 7 days,the longest was about 40days; 52 cases were cured; The average burden of disease was 274. 4 yuan. Conclusion After suffering from herpes zoster,it not only hurt the patient’s physical and mental damage,but also bring the patient’s family a certain degree of economic burden.
