【摘要】 目的了解黑龙江省2014年1~29岁健康人群白喉抗体水平。方法在国家级疾病监测点抽取黑龙江省7个区(县),采用容量比例概率抽样方法,分别随机抽取2个村委会,采用简单随机抽样方法抽取1~29岁目标人群,共调查908名。用酶联免疫吸附试验测定白喉抗体。结果白喉抗体阳性率为69.38%,平均浓度为0.89IU/m L。抗体水平随年龄增长和免疫后时间延长而逐渐下降,15~29岁人群抗体水平最低。结论预测黑龙江省近几年不会有白喉的流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the diphtheria immune level in healthy people aged 1 ~ 29 years old in 2014,Heilongjiang. Methods 7 survey areas were selected from national disease monitors,2 villages were randomly selected by the method of capacity proportion probability sampling respectively. 908 healthy people aged 1 to 29 years old were selected by using simple random sampling method. The diphtheria antibody was determined with ELISA method. Results The antibody positive rate was 69. 38%,and the antibody mean concentration was 0. 89IU/m L. A trend of decreasing in the antibody concentration was observed with increasing age and years after immunization. Antibody levels were the lowest in healthy people between aged 15 ~ 29 years old. Conclusion It is predicted that a large scale outbreak of diphtheria would not occur recently in Heilongjiang.更多还原
