【摘要】 近年,随着我国司法体制的逐步完善,听证制度除了在立法工作和行政处罚上有了规范的体现,在鉴定领域中也有初步的运用和发展。司法鉴定引入听证制度有效解决了一些争议案件,改善了司法鉴定现存的问题,为实现司法公正和社会稳定提供了途径。本文通过分析听证制度在我国司法鉴定的应用情况,结合司法体制现状,说明实施司法鉴定听证制度的必要性和可行性,提出听证制度在我国司法鉴定应用的具体操作规范及建议,进一步树立鉴定权威,提高鉴定程序的透明度及鉴定意见的科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with gradually improving of Chinese judicial system, the hearing system has its own normative expression in the legislative work and the administrative penalty, and also has preliminary application and development in the field of judicial appraisal. The judicial appraisal hearing system has effectively solved some controversial cases, improved the existing problems of judicial identification, and provided a way for the realization of judicial justice and social stability.
