聚苯硫醚/涤纶交织粘扣带阻燃整理工艺研究
Research on flam-retardant finishing technology of PPS/PET interwoven Velcro
【摘要】 对聚苯硫醚(PPS)/涤纶(PET)交织粘扣带进行阻燃整理和工艺优化,得到较优的浸渍整理工艺方案:磷酸酯类阻燃剂质量浓度为80g/L、助剂质量浓度为16g/L、浸渍温度为50℃、浸渍时间为2.0h;优化的涂层整理工艺方案:阻燃剂质量为阻燃胶质量的5%、焙烘温度为100℃、焙烘时间为2min。经此优化方案整理后,粘扣带的余焰时间、滴焰时间和燃烧长度3项测试指标均达标,且阻燃剂与助剂用量小,浸渍温度低、浸渍时间短、能耗少。由显著性检验结果可知,阻燃剂用量与助剂用量对粘扣带阻燃性能的影响显著。
【Abstract】 The flame-retardant finishing and process optimization of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)/polyester(PET)interwoven Velcro were made to obtain the better scheme of dip finishing technology.The optimal scheme was that the mass concentration of the phosphate esters flame retardant was 80g/L,the amount of additives was 16g/L,dipping at 50℃and dipping time was 2.0h.The optimal solution of coating finishing were as follows:the flame retardants mass fraction was 5%,the curing temperature was 100℃,and the curing time was 2min.At this point,three testing indicators including the flame time,the drip flame time and the burn length could be up to the standard,with a minimum amount of flame retardant additives,dipping temperature,dipping time and energy consumption.The significance test results indicated that the flame retardant and additive had significant effect on the flame retardant properties.
