聚苯硫醚/聚酯交织耐高温粘扣带的开发
Development of high temperature resistant and fire retardant polyphenylene sulfide and polyester interwoven Velcro
【摘要】 选取6种新型聚苯硫醚(PPS)/聚酯(PET)交织耐高温粘扣带,通过原料选用和织物结构参数优化,获得强度最优的PPS/PET交织耐高温粘扣带织物的结构参数为钩数∶经纱根数=1∶4,钩数∶纬纱根数=1∶3。在不同温度下,对不同原料和结构参数的粘扣带加热2h进行的耐热性试验结果显示:在较高温度下,PPS/PET交织粘扣带的单钩剪切力和单钩剥离力均优于其他粘扣带,PPS/PET交织粘扣带的耐热性能较好,适用性更强。
【Abstract】 Six different kinds of new polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)/polyester(PET)interwoven Velcro were chosen.By material selection and optimal fabric structure parameters PPS/PET interwoven Velcro with the optimal intensity was obtained,whose fabric structure parameters were hook∶warps=1∶4and hook∶wefts=1∶3.Velcro of different material with different structure parameters was heated at different temperatures for 2hto test its heat resistance.The results showed that the single hook shear force and single hook peel force of PPS/PET interwoven Velcro were superior to those of other five kinds of Velcro.PPS/PET interwoven Velcro had better heat resistance,and its applicability was stronger.
