CTOR橡胶沥青路用性能影响因素研究

【摘要】 为了解决干法橡胶沥青胶粉与沥青难以反应的问题,采用CTOR反应剂与胶粉混合,促使胶粉完成溶胀、脱硫降解过程,然后再与沥青拌合。通过室内试验研究胶粉细度、胶粉掺量、反应剂掺量对CTOR橡胶沥青路用性能的影响,得出:20目胶粉适用于高温性能要求较高的场合选用,40目胶粉适用于低温场合选用;橡胶沥青的胶粉掺量控制在20%以下比较合适;反应剂掺量为胶粉量的6%~8%为宜。

【Abstract】 Aiming at solving the problem of the crumb of rubber-asphalt being hard to react with asphalt,the crumb is mixed with the reactive agent CTOR,which helps the crumb to dissolve and expand,and promotes the process of desulfuration,after which the crumb is to be mixed with asphalt.Through lab tests,the fineness and the dosage of the crumb,the dosage of the reactive agent,and the effect of the dosage of the reactive agent on the road performance of the CTOR rubber-asphalt are studied,upon the basis of which it is found that the 20目crumb is suitable for where the hightemperature performance is much demanded,and the 40目crumb is suitable for where the low-temperature performance is required.Besides,it is highly advisable that the dosage of the crumb should be limited to 20%or less,and the dosage of the reactive agent should be limited to 6%~8%of that of the crumb.
