涡旋光场的吸收调制效应及其在超分辨技术中的应用
Optical absorbance modulation effects of vortex beams and its applications in super-resolution technique
【摘要】 为开展基于涡旋光场的吸收调制效应超分辨技术研究,对光场吸收调制效应的标量和矢量两种模型进行了计算分析和比较。选取矢量模型研究不同拓扑荷、不同线偏振方向涡旋光束紧聚焦情况下的吸收调制效应,计算经吸收调制后的透射光斑尺寸。结果表明,涡旋光束的拓扑荷和偏振方向对吸收调制效应有较大的影响。在文中计算条件下,将拓扑荷为0的x线偏振涡旋光束应用于吸收调制单点超分辨技术中时,能获得约205nm的理论分辨率。本文的研究结果,对于吸收调制单点超分辨技术的研究,特别是通过优化光场分布提高分辨率的研究具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 To study the absorbance modulation super-resolution technique based on vortex beams,the scalar model and vector model are introduced in detail,and then the analysis and comparisons between the two models are implemented.The absorbance modulation effects are studied using the vector model,which is generated by tightly focusing vortex beams with different topological charges and linear polarization directions.The calculation results of spot size of transmitted light after modulation demonstrate that the absorbance modulation effects depend on the topological charges and polarization directions of vortex beams heavily.A theoretical resolution of 205 nm can be achieved,providing that the vortex beam with topological charge 0and linear polarization in xdirection is used.The research might guide the study of single point super-resolution technique based on absorbance modulation,especially the resolution enhancement by optimization of incident optical field distribution.
