【Abstract】 According to the basic principle of liquid crystal phased array beam steering mode, the influence onthe steering precision of the liquid crystal phased array is analyzed. Precision on steering angle of liquid crystal opti-cal array has been theoretically analyzed on the relative three main reasons.
