【Abstract】 There exist such contradictory problems as structural imbalance of demand and poor condition of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in the current market for teachers,which may be to a certain extent caused by the factors like Supply front system-Manning quotas,finance and employment for them. Therefore,the reform of supply front for teachers is recommended to construct the new system of teacher’s education with Chinese characteristics,which might lead to the establishment of normal institution of best quality,the elite education system and precise cultivation pattern.更多还原
