【摘要】 基础教育教师绩效误读、基础教育绩效评价模式选用不当、基础教育教师绩效的价值主体模棱两可,它们是导致我国基础教育教师绩效评价问题的根本原因。解决这些问题的可行而有效的对策是,确立以基础教育教师绩效证据作为评价标准的评价思想,建立举证倒置式基础教育教师绩效评价模式,开展基础教育教师绩效评价。论文提出了举证倒置式基础教育教师绩效评价模式及其结构,解析了基础教育教师绩效证据及其构成,确立了基础教育教师绩效证据的量规和计量模型,建立了教师绩效绝对指数和教师绩效相对指数及其计量模型,给出了应用举证倒置式基础教育教师绩效评价模式的初步建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Misunderstanding of Elementary Education Teacher Performance( EETP),misemploying of elementary education teacher performance evaluation model,and bluring of value subject of teacher performance are the fundamental causes,that lead to problem of performance evaluation of China’s elementary education teacher. It is the feasible and effective countermeasures for solving these problems to stipulate elementary education teacher performance evidence as evaluation criteria,and to devise Evidential Inversion Elementary Education Teacher Performance Evaluation Model( EIEETPEM). This paper puts forward EIEETPEM and its structure,analyzes the basic education teacher performance evidence and its formation,establishes the basic education teacher performance evidence gauge and measurement model,frames Teacher Performance Absolute Index( TPAI) and Teacher Performance Relative Index(TPRI),and gives preliminary proposals for the application of EIEETPEM.更多还原
