【摘要】 校企协同开展旅游管理专业创新创业教育有助于培育具有创新精神、创业意识和创造能力的旅游管理人才。在对高校旅游管理专业创新创业教育存在问题进行剖析的基础上,提出校企合作背景下开展创新创业教育的对策:积极营造创新创业氛围;邀请相关企业管理人员参与人才培养方案的制订;构建并完善校企协同育人激励机制,鼓励校企合作,共同培育创新创业型旅游管理人才;打破壁垒,校企携手共建创新创业平台等。更多还原

【Abstract】 Universities and enterprises cooperate in innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is helpful to cultivate tourism management talents with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial consciousness and creative ability.This paper analyzed the difficulties and problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the tourism management major in colleges and universities,provided the countermeasures to develop the innovation and entrepreneurship education,including creating an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship,inviting enterprise managers to participate in the formulation of talent training programs,constructing the incentive mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise,building innovation and entrepreneurship platform etc.更多还原
