【Abstract】 Faculty development of innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important condition for innovation personnel training in universities. In newly built undergraduate colleges and universities, in view of the basic requirements of current innovation and entrepreneurship education, issues can be spotted such as teachers’ lack of consciousness and ability for innovation and entrepreneurship education, monotonous teaching methods, low effectiveness, and so on. In present study, practices are explored on promoting teachers’ sense of responsibility and ability, developing full time and part-time teaching staff, building incentive mechanism. To improve teaching staff development, it is suggested that efforts are need to raise teachers’ awareness, improve guarantee mechanism and education system, profoundly integrate innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education, promote teaching staff ‘s comprehensive quality by all means. The practice may provide strong support for innovation and entrepreneurship education in newly-built colleges and universities.更多还原
