【摘要】 针对车八岭自然保护区标本馆标本信息确实、损坏严重等问题,保护区于2015年11月开展了维管植物标本数字化工作,共整理数字化腊叶标本10 375份,隶属196科662属1 459种。统计结果显示,保护区共有濒危植物(包含极危CR、濒危EN、近危NT、易危VU)27科35属42种(281份标本),特有种87科150属232种(1 723份标本);保护区维管植物标本主要采集于两个时期,分别是1982—1983年和1988—1991年,共获得标本10 323份(99.50%),隶属于196科660属1 451种;标本采集主要集中在6月(占总数的15.38%)、7月(17.00%)、9月(35.37%)和12月(13.44%),而1月(0.09%)、2月(0.13%)、8月(0.12%)和11月(0.33%)采集标本数量均小于维管植物标本总数的1%。车八岭国家级自然保护区应当注重已有的标本采集空缺,重点关注标本采集数量较少的种类,采集较少的季节,将标本采集工作常态化,为植物种质保存和合理开发提供便利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chebaling National Nature Reserve, located in the north of Guangdong province, is rich in vascular plant resources. However, the specimens collected in the reserve are facing with the problem of missing information and damage, which have caused inconvenience to specimen borrowing, popularization of science and natural resources protection in the reserve. In November 2015 we digitalized 10 375 wax leaves specimens, belonging to 196 families 662 genera and 1 459 species. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there were 42 species(281) specimens of endangered(CR), endangered(EN), near danger(NT) and susceptible(VU) in the natural reserve. 232 species(1 723 specimens) of 87 families 150 genera are endemic species. The specimens of vascular plants in the reserve were collected in two periods, which are 1982-1983 and 1988-1991.During the 2 periods, 10 323(99.50%) specimens of vascular plants were obtained, belonging to 196 familis 660 genera and 1 451 species. The sample collection was mainly in June(15.38% of the total), July(17.0%), September(35.37%) and December(13.44%). The number of specimens collected in January(0.09%), August(0.12%), February(0.13%) and November(0.33%) were less than 1% of the total number of vascular plant specimens. Therefore, Chebaling National Nature Reserve should pay attention to the gap of the specimen collection, including the species and the season with fewer specimens. The specimen collection should become a normalization, which will contribute to the management of plant resource in nature reserve.更多还原
