【Abstract】 With the expansion of economic globalization,internationalization has become a significant measure for building up world class universities in Japan.The University of Tokyo,as one of Japanese "flagship universities",sets a good model in the internationalization strategy and practice among universities.In this paper,it analyzes the University of Tokyo’s strategy and practice for universities’ internationalization in terms of rationales,aims,the management pattern and implementing approaches,which can help us understand the world class universities strategies of internationalization,and promote the process of internationalization of higher education and construction of world class universities in China.更多还原
