基于工业以太网的地铁典型机电设备监控系统
Subway Electromechanical Equipment Prototype Monitoring and Control System Based on Industrial Ethernet
【摘要】 基于Modbus TCP/IP工业以太网通信,利用GE Proficy HMI/SCADA-i FIX平台及GE Versa Max控制器,来开发和设计地铁典型机电设备的小型监控系统。进行了系统架构设计和系统功能设计,并详细阐述了系统监控实现方法。着重介绍了环境与设备监控系统及站台屏蔽门系统等。分别描述了该监控系统的分层分布式集散控制系统框架设计、用户安全策略、Modbus TCP/IP通信协议实施、子系统集成及联动机制。
【Abstract】 Based on Modbus TCP/IP industrial Ethernet communication,by using GE Proficy HMI/SCADA-i FIX platform and GE Versa Max PLC(programmable logic controller),the subway electromechanical equipment prototype monitoring and control system is developed,the architecture and system function of which are designed,the implementation of the monitoring and control function is illustrated. Then,the BAS(building automation system) and PSD(platform screen door system)are specially introduced. The framework design for large hierarchical distributed collecting and distributing control system,the security strategy,the Modbus TCP/IP communication protocol implementation,the subsystem integration and linkage mechanism are also described respectively.
