超高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测龙头水中5种全氟化合物
Determination of 5 Perfluorinated Compounds in Tap Water by UPLC-ESI-MS/MS
【摘要】 采用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱联用技术建立了龙头水中5种全氟化合物的检测方法,水样经过固相萃取、富集、液质联用分析,采用乙腈和乙酸铵溶液作为流动相,在5 min内完成对5种目标化合物的分析。在优化的实验条件下,全氟化合物在0.5~50μg/L范围内具有良好的线性(R2)0.99),样品的加标回收率为71.6%~116.0%,相对标准偏差为0.41%~12.88%。
【Abstract】 The method for the determination of five kinds of perfluorinated compounds in tap water was established by solid phase extraction,ultra high performance liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-ESI-MS/MS).Using acetonitrile and ammonium acetate as the mobile phase,the five target compounds were analyzed within 5 minutes.Under the optimized conditions,the calibration curves for 5 target compounds were linear in the range of 0.5~50 μg/L with correlation coefficients(r~2) greater than 0.99.The average recoveries were 71.6 %~116.0 %,the relative standard deviation(RSDs) were 0.41 %~12.88 %.
