纳米ZnO/碳材料复合光催化剂的研究进展

【摘要】 纳米ZnO由于具备价廉、无毒、催化活性高等优势,成为最受青睐的光催化剂之一,但又因其具有禁带较宽、易光腐蚀等缺陷,催化效率有待提高。碳基材料具有吸附、耐热、绝热、超导、耐磨等优异的功能特性,通过将ZnO与之复合,能够很大程度上提高催化剂的催化性能。本文综述了目前ZnO与碳基材料合成的几种主要光催化剂的研究进展,概述了相关的光催化反应机理,并对纳米ZnO/碳材料复合光催化剂提出了展望。

【Abstract】 Nanometer ZnO due to the advantage of low price, nontoxicity and high catalytic activity, has become one of the most popular photocatalysts, but because of disadvantages such as wide forbidden band, the susceptibility to photo-corrosion, its catalytic efficiency needs to be improved. Carbon-based materials have excellent functional properties such as adsorption, heat resistance, adiabatic, superconductivity and wear-resisting. By compositing ZnO with carbon materials, the catalytic performance of the catalyst can be greatly enhanced. This paper reviews the research progress of the synthesis of several major photocatalysts composited by ZnO and carbon-based materials, summarizes the relevant photocatalytic reaction mechanism, and puts forward prospects for nanometer ZnO/carbonaceous material composite photocatalysts.
