ZSM-5分子筛负载固体酸催化剂的制备及其在酯化反应中的应用
The Preparation of the ZSM-5 Molecular Sieve Load Solid Acid Catalyst and Its Application in Esterification Reaction
【摘要】 本文以ZSM-5型分子筛做载体,通过物理浸渍的方法负载固体酸(杂多酸和四氯化锡)作催化剂催化制备乙酸乙酯。探讨了在反应温度为120℃,时间为1.5 h,冰乙酸和无水乙醇摩尔比为3︰1的条件下,不同催化剂催化结果不同,其中Sn Cl4-HZSM-5的催化效果较好。催化剂用量实验结果表明,Sn Cl4-HZSM-5用量为3%时产率最高为75.69%。
【Abstract】 In this paper, ZSM-5 molecular sieve was used as the carrier, heteropoly acid and Tin tetrachloride by using the method of physical impregnation can be used as catalyst for esterification reaction of acetic acid and ethyl alcohol instead of sulfuric acid. The effect on catalytic reaction was studied. The best conditions were found out: the yield of product can be up to 75.69 % for 1.5 h, the molar ratio of acetic acid and ethyl alcohol is 3︰1 and Sn Cl4-HZSM-5 catalyst is 3 %.
