提高气相色谱实验教学效果的探讨与实践

【摘要】 充分利用有限的实验条件,探讨了气相色谱实验的教学方法。根据分组实验课的特点,训解气相色谱的仪器组成、各部件的主要作用、定性定量原理、色谱条件的选抒等相关理论知识。教师通过理论进行引导,让学生从原理上理解如何对色谱条件进行优化,同时通过实验结果加以验证。理论与实践相结合的教学方法不但让学生学习了理论知识,而且让学生了解如仁对色谱条件进行优化,从而培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。

【Abstract】 The teaching methods of gas chromatography are discussed by making full use of the limited experimental conditions. According to the characteristic of grouping experiment, theoretical knowledge of gas chromatography, such as the instrument composition, the main function of each component, the qualitative and quantitative principle, the choice of chromatographic conditions and so on are introduced. Let students understand how to optimize the chromatographic conditions through teachers’ theoretical guidance, at the same time, the selection chromatographic conditions is verified by experimental results. The method of combining theory with practice not only allows students to learn the theoretical knowledge, but also let them know how to optimize the chromatographic conditions, so as to train students’ ability to analyze and solve problems.
