管内固相微萃取的研究进展
Advance on the In-tube Solid-phase Microextraction Techniques
【摘要】 管内固相微萃取是一种绿色的高效的样品预处理技术。与其他微萃取技术相比,它具有小型化,自动化,易与其他分析技术联用的优势。这种技术已广泛的应用于环境,食品,生物材料等方面的检测分析。综述了管内固相微萃取技术的最新发展动态,介绍了操作系统,参数优化,新型毛细管涂层以及与其他分析技术的联用情况。
【Abstract】 In-tube solid-phase microextraction(SPME) is a kind of green an efficient sample preparation technology.It has several advantages over other microextraction techniques,such as miniaturization,automation,and conveniently coupling with other analytical techniques.This technique has been widely used in the detection and analysis of environmental samples,food samples,biological samples and so on.The recent development of in-tube SPME is reviewed.Studies on operational system,optimization of parameters,novel Capillary coatings and its coupling with other analytical techniques are summarized.
