【Abstract】 In-tube solid-phase microextraction(SPME) is a kind of green an efficient sample preparation technology.It has several advantages over other microextraction techniques,such as miniaturization,automation,and conveniently coupling with other analytical techniques.This technique has been widely used in the detection and analysis of environmental samples,food samples,biological samples and so on.The recent development of in-tube SPME is reviewed.Studies on operational system,optimization of parameters,novel Capillary coatings and its coupling with other analytical techniques are summarized.更多还原
