红外光谱法剖析全合成金属切削液
The Analysis of Total Synthetic Metal Cutting Fluid by Infrared Spectroscopy
【摘要】 红外光谱分析法广泛应用于化合物分子结构的测定、未知物成份分析过程;全合成金属切削液由稀释剂、pH缓冲剂、润滑剂、防锈剂等成份组成,本文采用物理和化学分离方法对某全合成金属切削液中成份进行分离,通过红外吸收光谱法鉴定各分离成份,确定了该金属切削液的基本组成。
【Abstract】 Infrared spectrum analysis method is widely used in the determination of molecular structure of compounds and unknown material component analysis process.Total synthetic metal cutting fluid is composed of diluent,pH buffer,lubricant,anti-rust agent,etc.Based on the physical and chemical separation methods,each basic component in the total synthetic of metal cutting fluid was determined by infrared absorption spectrum.
