精氨酸在Chiralcel OD-H和Chiralcel AD-H上的拆分比较
Chiral Separation of Arginine Enantiomers on Chiralcel OD-H and Chiralcel AD-H Columns
【摘要】 在Chiralcel OD-H和Chiralcel AD-H手性柱上分别研究了流动相中异丙醇含量及柱温对精氨酸手性分离的影响。并利用溶质计量保留置换模型(SDM-R)初步探讨了样品在Chiralcel OD-H和Chiralcel AD-H上的手性识别机理。
【Abstract】 Enantioseparation of arginine was performed on two polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases(CSPs): Chiralcel OD-H and Chiralcel AD-H. The influence of the volume of isopropanol and temperature on the separation of arginine were investigated. The chiral recognition mechanism of chiral column was studied by stoichiometric displacement model for retention theory(SDM-R).
