【摘要】 在校企合作背景下,我们针对五年制高职药学教学特点和医药企业需求,进行了"双线融合"培养现代零售药店店长的探索。本文论述了课题研究的背景、实施过程及达到的成效,通过举办企业冠名店长班的学习培训,校企共同完成了双文化、双师双导、双实践、双平台、双考核的多元渗透的融合培养,探索了将学院教育教学主线与企业文化熏陶、职业技能训练主线融合的双线培养,加强了校企深度合作和企业人才储备,实现了企业与学院人才的"双服务、双提升"。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of university-enterprise cooperation, we carried out the "double line fusion" to cultivate the modern retail pharmaceutical manager, according to the characteristics of the five-year Higher Vocational Pharmaceutical teaching and the demand from the pharmaceutical enterprises. This paper discussed the background, process and results of this research, we finished the training of the modern retail pharmaceutical manager and the multicultural fusion of "double culture, double teachers and guidance, double practices, double platform". We are exploring the combining the line which is school education with the other line which includes enterprise culture and professional training. We strengthen the depth of cooperation between college and enterprise and enterpriser talent reserve, and realizing "double services, double promotion" in both enterprise and college.更多还原
