比较两种微粉化技术对益母草中生物碱提取的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究比较两种微粉化技术对益母草中生物碱提取率的影响。方法:分别采用超声波细胞破碎法和高速研磨法对中药益母草总生物碱进行提取;以雷氏法测定总生物碱含量,比较不同工艺条件对益母草生物碱的提取效果。结论:采用95%乙醇有机溶剂,高速研磨法提取1 h的益母草生物碱含量略高于超声波细胞粉碎法所得量,且随着提取时间的延长,微粉化过程中的控温对实验结果有重要影响。

【Abstract】 Objective: The effects of two kinds of micronization techniques on the extraction rate of alkaloids in Leonurus japonicus were studied. Methods: Total alkaloid of Leonurus japonicus was extracted by ultrasonic cell pulverization and high-speed grinding method. Total alkaloid content was determined by Rehm’s method, and the effects of different process conditions on the extraction of alkaloid fromLeonurus japonicus were compared. Conclusion: Using 95 % ethanol solvent, the content of alkaloid extracted fromLeonurus japonicus by high speed grinding method in 1h was slightly higher than that of ultrasonic cell pulverization method. And temperature control in the process of micronization has a significant impact on the experimental results with time.
