高校健康营养教育层次性教学的探索与实践
Exploration and Practice of Hierarchy Teaching for Health Nutrition Education in Colleges
【摘要】 作者根据近十年在高校的健康营养教育实践,提出将其分为低中高三个不同的阶段,每个阶段都有其主要的目标。对比目前注册营养师的培训对课程及其学分的要求,本校健康营养教育的第三阶段基本可以达到要求。目前进行的高校健康教育层次性教学不但满足了广大学生对健康营养知识的需求,而且对未来他们申报注册营养师提供了帮助,具有明显的现实意义。
【Abstract】 Basing his near ten years experiences of health nutrition education in colleges, the author put out the education theory about in junior, meddle or senior stage, and there are main targets in every stage. Comparing to requirement of Registered Dietitian for its courses and credit hour, the author’ s healthy nutrition education in third stage can almost meet its demands. The Hierarchy Teaching for health nutrition education in college not only can satisfy the students’ need for obtaining healthy nutrition education knowledge, but also play an important role for their declaring Registered Dietitian in future, both of which are obvious realistic meaning.
