【Abstract】 Course examination and academic assessment which plays an important role in personnel training is one of the key links in higher education and teaching. However, there are many defects and deficiencies in the course examination and academic assessment within the applied undergraduate universities which could not be adapted to the education and cultivate demonds of the applied innovation personnel at present.
