选矿废水生化深度处理中试研究
Pilot Application of the Biochemical Advanced Treatment to Floatation Wastewater
【摘要】 选矿废水排放量大、有毒性、污染严重,日益成为制约有色金属矿山发展的关键因素。根据某铅锌硫化矿选矿废水水质情况,采用混凝沉淀+活性炭吸附预处理后的出水,经两级水解酸化+接触氧化的生化处理工艺,对选矿废水进行中试处理实践研究。结果表明,系统对CODCr的降解效率达到78%,最终出水CODCr为108.5 mg/L,对NH3-N的去除率达到50%,系统最终出水NH3-N浓度平均为10.8 mg/L,对浊度和SS的去除率分别82%和80%,并根据参数估算结果,得到了生物接触氧化段处理低浓度污水的基质降解动力学模型。
【Abstract】 Flotation wastewater increasingly prove to be the critical factor of restricting the development of mineral separation due to its large discharge, toxic and heavily polluted. According to the water quality, the A2/O biochemical treatment technology was used to treat the flotation wastewater, which was pretreated with the "coagulating sedimentation +activated carbon adsorption" method firstly. The results show that the remove ratio of CODCr reached 78 %, CODCr in effluent was 108.5mg/L; and the remove ratio of NH3-N, turbidity and SS respectively reached 50 %, 82 % and 80 %, NH3-N in effluent was 10.8 mg/L especially. Furthermore, substrate biodegradation kinetics model of biological contact oxidation treating low concentration wastewater could be obtained by the parameters estimation results.
