【摘要】 随着原生矿产短缺问题的日益显著,资源也越来越成为国家乃至社会发展的重要制约,在此背景下,以开发再生资源为基础的城市矿产也逐渐引起公众的关注。城市矿产概念的提出较早,但其理论的研究并不深入且缺乏系统整理,其实践应用则更为滞后,在具体的理论应用于实践中也往往存在许多的问题。本文分别对城市矿产的理论研究发展现状与实践应用的具体措施整理分析,并以中国城市矿产开发为例,分析城市矿产的理论在实践应用过程存在的一些问题,并分析其问题存在的原因,提出相关建议或解决办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With native mineral shortage problem increasingly significant, resources is becoming more and more important restriction of national and social development, on this background, urban mining which is on the basis of the development of renewable resources also gradually aroused the concern of the public. Although the concept of urban mining proposed earlier, it’s theory research is not thorough and lack of system, its practical application is more backward, and many problems exist in the theory practice. Firstly,This paper is Systematically comb the existing concept of urban mining based on the analysis of definition and classification; Then, by analogy to natural mineral, From the perspective of mineral exploration、recycling design, collection, analysis the main content of the urban mining research and clear urban mining development situation of theoretical research and practical application by combining with the urban development in the field of mineral related; Further, analysis the practical application of concrete measures and security under the considering aspects such as public participation and government guidance; Finally, a case study of urban mining development in Chinese city, analysis it’s existing development situation, and the problems which needs to solve in the practical application process, find out the reasons of the existence of the problem, finally puts forward some related suggestions.更多还原
