聚合物负载酸性离子液体催化异戊烯醚化反应研究
A Study on the Etherification Reaction of Isoamylene Catalyzed by Polymer Supported Acidic Ionic Liquid
【摘要】 以PS-b-P4VP嵌段聚合物在甲苯中的自组装为基础,制备得一系列含疏水性保护壳的聚合物负载酸性离子液体催化剂。采用透射电镜、红外光谱、热重-差热分析、离子色谱等方法对催化剂进行了表征,结果显示该类催化剂具备优良热稳定性。将催化剂应用于异戊烯与甲醇醚化反应,优选了醚化反应所适合催化剂种类,初步探究了优选催化剂的最佳反应条件,即反应温度75℃、反应时长4小时、催化剂用量为1mol%、反应液甲醇与异戊烯物质的量比为1∶1。该反应体系中异戊烯转化率超过50%;催化剂用量为4 mol%条件下,催化剂可回收使用10次以上。
【Abstract】 Basing on self-assembly of PS-b-P4 VP in toluene, a series of core-shell polymers supported acidic ionic liquid catalysts with different anion types was synthesized. These catalysts were characterized by means of TEM, IR, TG and IC. The results indicate that these catalysts are of excellent thermal stability. As catalysts were applied to isoamylene etherification reaction with methanol, the most suitable catalyst was screened. Isoamylene etherification conversion could exceed 50% under optimized reaction conditions of 75 ℃, 2h reaction time, 1 mol% catalyst dosage, and 1:1 molar ratio of isoamylene and methanol. Catalysts show a good catalytic stability, and catalysts can be recycled more than 10 times under condition of 4 mol% catalyst dosage with no obvious catalytic activity reduction.
