基于氮杂冠醚席夫碱的Cu2+高选择性比色化学传感器
A Highly Selective Colorimetric Chemosensor for Cu2+ Based on a Aza-crown Ether Schiff-base
【摘要】 本文合成了4-(N-氮杂-15-冠-5)-苯甲醛-2,4-二硝基苯腙(L),经元素分析、1H-NMR等对其结构进行了表征。以无水乙醇为溶剂利用紫外可见光谱法考察了冠醚L对14种金属离子的选择识别性能。测定结果表明,只有Cu2+使冠醚L在427 nm处的吸收峰显著降低,并伴随有溶液的颜色由黄色变成无色,L可作为Cu2+的高效选择性比色化学传感器。
【Abstract】 4-(N-aza-15-crown-5)-benzaldehyde-2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazone(L) was synthesized, and its structure was characterized by elemental analysis and 1H-NMR. The influence of 14 kind metal ions on the spectra of crown ether L was investigated by the UV-Vis spectrum method in ethanol. Only Cu2+ lead to significantly decreased in the absorption at 427 nm for L, and concomitant with resulting in the solution color change from yellow to colorless, L can act as an efficient colorimetric sensor for copper ion.
