单循环混合制冷剂流程组分的优化与敏感度分析

【摘要】 单循环混合制冷剂流程(SMR)在中小型液化天然气(LNG)的生产中应用广泛,其效率取决于混合制冷剂参数。用HYSYS模拟SMR流程,并与MATLAB取得连接,运行粒子群算法(PSO)优化制冷剂组分的摩尔分数、流量以及压力,将流程效率提升了23.5%。基于最优解,对制冷剂各组分进行敏感度分析,找到了各组分对换热器不同温区冷热流温差的影响规律,对实际生产中制冷剂组分的调节具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 The single-staged mixed refrigerant(SMR) process is widely used in small and medium-sized liquefied natural gas(LNG)plants, it’s energy efficiency depends on the parameters of mixed refrigerant. A SMR simulation model established by HYSYS was optimized by particle swarm optimization(PSO) processed with MATLAB to determine the mole fraction, flow rate as well as pressure of mixed refrigerant with a result that the energy efficiency of the process increase 23.5%. At last, in order to find the influence law of the mixed refrigerant on temperature difference between hot and cold flow in different temperature range of heat exchanger, the sensitivity of composition was analyzed based on the optimal solution, which would be useful to guide the composition regulation in the practical production.
