甲硝唑/MCM-41载药体系的制备及缓释性能的研究

【摘要】 试验制备甲硝唑/MCM-41载药体系,并研究了甲硝唑在模拟胃液中的释放情况。采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,以正硅酸乙酯为硅源制备MCM-41,并通过浸渍法将甲硝唑组装在MCM-41孔道内,利用XRD、紫外对MCM-41和甲硝唑/MCM-41载药体系进行表征。通过紫外法测定组装体在人工胃液中的释放行为,甲硝唑在人工胃液中12小时释放达72.8%,表明MCM-41分子筛对甲硝唑有较好的缓释作用。

【Abstract】 To prepare Metronidazole/MCM-41 sustained releasing system, and research its release behavior in artificial stomach juice. The MCM-41 was prepared using cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as template agent and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) as the silicon source. Then Metronidazole was assembled in the channel of MCM-41 by using impregnation method. Moreover, the sample was characterized by means of XRD and UV. The drug released rate is artificial stomach juice of the assemblies were determined by UV-visible method. Metronidazole was released 72.8 % in 12 h. It indicated that MCM-41 decreases the released rate of Metronidazole obviously.
