新疆风城油砂水洗分离研究

【摘要】 油砂又称沥青砂,由沥青、水、砂砾组成,是一种重要的非常规石油资源,其分离技术引起了国内外科研工作者的重视。文章采用热碱水洗的方法对新疆风城油砂分离,探讨了碱质量分数、温度、分离时间、液固比、碱液循环使用等因素对油砂分离效果的影响。实验结果表明:碱浓度1.5 wt.%,液固比2∶1,温度90℃,搅拌速度110 r·min-1,加热时间60 min的条件下,油砂分离效果最佳,油砂洗油率可达到82.7%。

【Abstract】 Oil sand, which can be called tar sand, is the mixture of pitch, water and clay. As an unconventional oil resource, oil sand and its processing technology have drawn researcher attention at home and abroad. Hot water extraction of Xinjiang oil sand is investigated. The influence factors including the ratio of reagents, temperature, separation time, the radio of water and oily sludge, recycle of alkaline solution on the efficiency of oily sludge washing were investigated. The result of hot water extraction shows a maximum oil recovery of 82.7 % on the condition of 90 ℃, 1.5 wt.% alkali concentration, 2∶1 ratio of water to oil sand,stirring speed of 110 r·min-1, as the extraction time is 60 min.
