【Abstract】 This paper expounds the common problems existing in the practice of bidding of basic construction in universities,analyzes and considers the unregulated phenomena such as disregard of laws and regulations,unregulated bidding,lack of supervision,etc. Meanwhile,puts forward some suggestions,including making up laws and regulations,strengthening the precaution-rectification-blocking-governing process,giving priority to social benefits and coverage of functional supervision,etc.更多还原
